There are 0 benefits. No employee discount. You can bakery items free during the day but the harassment and attitude we get during the day isn?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No breaks on night shift. Workload is abysmally large for the very small amount of people placed on night shift. No concern for employee safety and physical wellbeing.

For some reason, people who work more and talk less in this environment are treated badly, and even hostilly by the manager. As if not talking to her and being her friend is an affront to her being. The owner isn't very helpful with this, and there is no HR department.
