Would not work there again. Was miserable and became sick from the overnight shifts. I consider it one of the worst job experience I've ever had.

Leadership team felt uninvolved and uninterested in employee wellbeing.

Interviews felt bland, but that's to be expected from a fast food chain.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No breaks on night shift. Workload is abysmally large for the very small amount of people placed on night shift. No concern for employee safety and physical wellbeing.
