Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In NH we are making $11 an hour which isn't bad but I support myself while going to school full time. Even with working 30 hours a week (I spend more time working then doing school work) I barely make enough money each moth to pay my bills. I am not able to save money for the future.

It would be nice to make a little more sinse ive been a shift lead for over 2 years now and I would also appreciate it if I could recieve PTO. I've yet to have a vacation because I cant afford to take time off and I've never received PTO.
