Customers and co workers make my job much easier and go by faster. They are the ones that care about work ethic.

My co-workers are amazing, outside of management we have each other and hold it down knowing we can rely on each other also.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing returning customers come back because you made their order as soon as they walked in and stuff like this goes a long way.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was referred by another manager from another Dunkin Donuts so I already had a toe in, the interview just confirmed it and I was happily hired on the spot!
