All the employees for the most part have a good relationship with eachother and communicate well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to make a little more sinse ive been a shift lead for over 2 years now and I would also appreciate it if I could recieve PTO. I've yet to have a vacation because I cant afford to take time off and I've never received PTO.
