So far I like going to work, the people are very nice there and its a positive environment. I would like to get paid more for all the work we put into everything. Also having more than 1 shirt to work in would be more beneficial instead of me having to wash it everyday for work.

We have a friendly crew. Everyone is very nice and helped me out when i started. They treat me like family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should be getting paid more. All the work we put in to get out quality coffee and to keep the time down in hard.
