Ive been there five years I work with mostly highschool seniors and college students who either just got hired or have been there for 7 years, Most of the people who have been there for 5 years or more no raise and the one kid who got shift leader only gets paid a quarter more than the rest. GROSS

The customer service, speed, delivery, just the prime components of great work ethics
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the customers to be honest. Staff and company switch way too much. too indecisive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here for 5 years and literally helped resolve multiple issues and did things I did not have to. And not one token of gratitude
