Managers need to change. Pay needs to change. And i think company policy should change because company cares more about disrespectful intitled customers than the people that work for them

For a General Manager she should have a plan on how the day goes or when she is leaving for vacation to have everything prepared to no be busy or overwhelmed
Have the companies help support us more often. More pay and allow us to get more workers to hire than worry about losing money and cutting many hours to save some money. It always felt like we were scraping by with employees and even having the part timers do 30+ hour weeks.
