The environment has gotten a lot better. Not feeling like I'm being pulled in 3 different directions, Such as having to be on register, help a dasher AND find something for a customer.

The store manager always tells us when we do something awesome & if we need to improve something he tells things to help us improve

The few employees that work are a joy to work with. I do like the fact that we get to dress up during holidays. Past that there is nothing else.

Compassion during health complications l had 12 surgeries beginning with my right toe.

Store 1035 is short staffed so everyone pulls doubles and we have no working bathroom

Less passive agressive managers and better communication

Managers need to change. Pay needs to change. And i think company policy should change because company cares more about disrespectful intitled customers than the people that work for them

Change management before everyone leaves

For a General Manager she should have a plan on how the day goes or when she is leaving for vacation to have everything prepared to no be busy or overwhelmed

Have the companies help support us more often. More pay and allow us to get more workers to hire than worry about losing money and cutting many hours to save some money. It always felt like we were scraping by with employees and even having the part timers do 30+ hour weeks.

The management is terrible and they need to treat their employees better.

I do agree that were culture must be in a positive note to keep morale boost performance of employees while working at party city it is very important that we recognize react towards These concerns party city have a great culture but needs to enforce these cultures to keep everyone on board

The company should care about its workers as much as it does its customers. The workers cannot properly take care of the customers if they workers are not equally treated well and happy.
