Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though the hours im getting arent enough
I believe I should have a better position then just cashier seeing they come for my advice, expect me to carry the work for them and for being super reliable
i havent got paid and they will not contact me

Clear concise scope planning production, teamwork efforts instead of sabotage and subtrefuge
Being actual nice or respectful people
There is zero communication and no sense of hiring urgency. The store is short staffed.
Better communication and learning to respect others.
I feel like my co workers do just fine if we had a good management team to lead us we'd be bettet

The environment has gotten a lot better. Not feeling like I'm being pulled in 3 different directions, Such as having to be on register, help a dasher AND find something for a customer.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Compassion during health complications l had 12 surgeries beginning with my right toe.

Store 1035 is short staffed so everyone pulls doubles and we have no working bathroom
Less passive agressive managers and better communication
Managers need to change. Pay needs to change. And i think company policy should change because company cares more about disrespectful intitled customers than the people that work for them

The crissover the oppurtunuty to i terbiew for one podition and be seen ad a potential gor kore and i terviewed for adfitional position offered bith wiyh oppurtunity to choose

Being more clear about work tasks.
I got hired same day as i put in the application and immediately started with no training or help.
Ask actual questions because apits ng if youre scared of balloons
I would change how my store manager selecets new employees based off of their ethnicity or sexual orientation

See a fully stock store or almost full, and the customers that always come back makes it worth while

Maybe if the store manager did their job instead of making everyone else do it for them instead

We need a working bathroom and pay raises
Employees comes to team leader after death in family & ask for a day off but told not know graduation season, then a week later starting to feel sick and ask again & told no we are still in graduation season but I'll give you an extra day off soon.
More hours so the stores are less understaffed.
