Clear concise scope planning production, teamwork efforts instead of sabotage and subtrefuge
Being actual nice or respectful people
There is zero communication and no sense of hiring urgency. The store is short staffed.
Better communication and learning to respect others.
I feel like my co workers do just fine if we had a good management team to lead us we'd be bettet
They are great but the managers don't let us talk to each other

management inhibits teamwork and fair distribution of work responsibilities
actually care about humans and stop being lazy and allowing abuse to happen
Workers must follow company guidelines on ethical and moral behaviors and building team upon ship to store associates and team leaders like so far for the past year many store team leads have fail to follow great team partnership by dividing the store in half and the males a lock down by team leads

The store I was at target had meetings
Managers need more work on handling temp employees!!I was there since before pendemic and was recently let go before the recent hires!Not very happy!Also curbside packages are in disarray!!Too much time searching!No one answers radio right away!Not paid enough for job!Less then min.wage.
My coworkers were extremely rude and even bullied me. It came to the point where i had to quit because my mental health and well being was being pushed by multiple employees including the manager.
