I like how the managers all try to get input on suggestions with certain changes in our store considering it before making final decisions.

They try to be effective, efficient, and creative; results are mixed.

There's heart and great care taken in that role as of now. Our store head and team leaders have all been understanding and patient with customers and each other. We do all we can to make a customer's experience as pleasant as possible given what we can do to make that happen although not always easy

Fun and very nice and understanding

Manager is chill but firm. He expects us to complete our tasks, but doesn't breath down our necks nor rushes us. He allows us to figure out how to do things and will guide us from time to time.
