What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's heart and great care taken in that role as of now. Our store head and team leaders have all been understanding and patient with customers and each other. We do all we can to make a customer's experience as pleasant as possible given what we can do to make that happen although not always easy

Give team members with years at party city a chance to advance. There's a lot of favoritism and with that comes discrimination

I don't ask for much. Everything is fine and the money's fine.

My team is efficient and works hard to make sense of a system that is struggling to remain relevant in an online world. We've overcome a lot these last couple years but corporate mandates and other issues brought with the corporate team have been our biggest hurdle yet. I've been here for 5 years.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hours are being cut from hard working associates who can't rely on consistency in their pay. BOPIS orders can no longer be shot picked if inventory is incorrect (it happens no matter how often it's counted.) There is no way to offer a refund online but we take payment online. Customers deserve more.
