Working many years at party city and with that comes experience and management overlooks that. So where and when does one have a chance to advance in this company? I feel very discriminated. I show expertise in balloon orders yet I'm ordered to clean bathrooms and clean up after everyone else.

We all get along. It's management that doesn't treat employees fairly

Providing the best memories for customers event's. And that will last a life time.Making balloon bouquets.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I myself enjoy and give pleasure assisting customers with there event's. Remember we help make wonderful memories.

6 years of dedication and I make the same as a new team member. Where's the justice in that?
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Give team members with years at party city a chance to advance. There's a lot of favoritism and with that comes discrimination
