The people are great to work with. Customer base isn’t good. Corporate doesn’t care.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not playing favorites even though they say they don’t.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not gossiping as much. No drama between each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not as many tasks thrown at us when we are trying to help customers. More hours to help customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don’t believe Party City pays well enough. As a manager I’m making less than what Walmart is starting cashiers out and it’s degrading.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better pay. Better morale. Not so much thrown at us when we don’t have hours to complete everything. Then we get into trouble when we don’t get everything done. It’s constantly degrading.
