Making an effort to visit stores and make suggestions that would actually improve the experience. It's not an enjoyable place to work for.

The pay is very low for the amount of work you do when full time.

Workers must follow company guidelines on ethical and moral behaviors and building team upon ship to store associates and team leaders like so far for the past year many store team leads have fail to follow great team partnership by dividing the store in half and the males a lock down by team leads

I do agree that were culture must be in a positive note to keep morale boost performance of employees while working at party city it is very important that we recognize react towards These concerns party city have a great culture but needs to enforce these cultures to keep everyone on board

Being able to provide proper customer service and many years of experience in the retail industry has shown that positive daily attitude can increase sales and a great work environment

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Party City executives are out of touch with the store level.

The company keeps putting people into positions based on how much they like them. Especially the HR department. The current HRM for my region dropped out of college. She constantly makes mistakes and has caused the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees and EEOC fines.
