Rushed products and failed software for fast profits. Focus on fixing software issues before sending it out too quickly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The direct manager is only real support. Management above them is terrible and never worked in the same job field but place judgment and unrealistic expectations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Apple has a lot of "strings-attached" benefits, bonuses, promotions, etc... Getting a bonus means you must stay with the company for three years before its yours!
