There should be more knowledge for the employees, most supervisors dont help there employees enough thats why they never last at this company. Better training needs to be enforced not rushed. Everything needs to be thouroughly explained when it comes to customers and knowledge about the company

Helping customers, And Being able to give tye customers knowledge on the products and issues they are having so they can better understand how the issue starts.

The customers that appreciate you . Being able to help and understand the issue the customer has and fixing it , reassuring them your gonna do everything you can to help them with there issue
