Most of the time we hire positive people that keep the store a great place...but new management has hired a couple of duds recently....hoping that will improve.
I like that there is a clear chain of command and an open chain of problem resolution. I like that if needed you can access district manager and regional manager if need be.
I like that part time employees can accrue partial paid time off as long as you work an average of 20 hours a week. It was that way then it was taken away....but may have been reimplemented.
They gave us a raise in October of 2018 and are now slashing benefits to help compensate. To get paid time off, you used to have to work 20 hours a week now it has or will be moved to 30 hours a week (that is full time hours with Walgreens.
Balanced responsibilities and team work. IE every one takes turns Tagging (a beasom job) and Cleaning Bathrooms, Taking Trash out an Dust Moping. Love when you are a cashier not allowed to go to the back of the store and a person who can perceives that and helps put back of house go backs up.
