Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told when I was hired from being a Consultant to a Full-Time employee that I would be in a specific range for Compensation....I turned down a job because of this, but when I was given the official offer, it was not in the range that I was told. I therefore lost agreed upon compensation
