What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Remember the people on the front line. Cutting staff, hours, benefits, etc. Is a bitter pill when salaries, bonuses, and ego are inflated compared to the front line workers.

The people doing the front line work are supporting management, but we are being asked to do more with less and are managed by a high school graduate, maybe.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Store managers receive a bonus based on the pharmacies performance, which is on average 70% of the sites business, but in most cases provide very little support to pharmacy department.

Listen to manager, asked with questions, don't lie.

It would be great to work with quality pharmacists that don't break the law and show up for shifts not under the influence of narcotics, alcohol or other questionable substances.

Worry about the patient like you claim and less about the money.

Quite rewarding store managers for cutting pharmacy support staff just to have a better bottom line. The only one paying for it is the pharmacist on that shift.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pharmacists that are new graduates are starting at greater than 14000 less a year compared with older pharmacists. Meanwhile store managers ( no formal degree) after receiving their bonus, make more per year than the pharmacists(6 to 8 years or more college educated).
