What are some of the best things about your team?
My team used to be TEAM oriented & GMI focused. We had GMI's back consumer satisfaction & company profitability at the forefront. But now due to Corp. attitudes and demands that spirit has waned. It's hard to continue to put any business needs ahead of our own, when it's only met with MORE demands

My team is remote, and would benefit from occasional in-person meetings.

There is really no communication and everyone is in it for themselves. it is also more difficult to find good employees to hire

It was very comfortable. Even though it was difficult meeting with multiple people or groups in the same day, it was interspersed with more casual conversations to help give a feel for what the everyday work life and interactions would be like.
