The person interviewing me made me feel relaxed with his great personality and humor. I didn't feel like I was being stared at with daggers and being judged.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

It was several years ago but they were changing systems and all the Resume and Background info was lost a few times requiring duplicate effort. Also, they had contractors setting up interviews and offered very short lead times to come in and speak in person
