Pay for performance, choice of benefits
10 years ago there was a waiting list to get a job at my local General mills, now they have a hard time keeping enough staff to run the lines. Every year they take more and more from us, from wage bonuses, taking away the possibility to earn a extra vacation day, and attendance bonuses.
Bonuses thst pay out based on communicated priorities and performance
It's much more complex than 300 characters can accurately detail
Review from Operations Dept
I would like stronger health care benefits.
Review from Communications Dept
Benefits are way below the peer industry standards but I guess the company makes up for it with the culture.
Review from Product Dept
Committed, all in, challenge my thinking, respectful
Most of everyone works very well together.
Most team members are friendly and some are willing to help
I do not know my team members.
smart, committed, care, team-oriented, like one another
Communication and to listen to all workers concerns and ideas.
Inclusion of more backgrounds and working styles
Review from Marketing Dept
Improve Roles and Responsibilities definitions
Review from Finance Dept
Our team's communication could be better.
Review from IT Dept
Culture is becoming increasingly competitive, so some coworkers are becoming a little less trustworthy. The ambitious ones are looking for opportunities for visibility, so there can be tensions in some interactions. Newer hires are not as willing to ask experienced coworkers for advice and help.
Review from Product Dept
Growth minded, relationship based, flexible
For the most part everyone is united in their feelings of feeling stepped on.
I love that I'm not being micro managed. It's a clean and bright establishment. I enjoy seeing those that work just as hard instead of standing around.
Openness and acceptance of everyone
Review from Design Dept
Informal, team members genuinely like one another, high ethics and integrity, care for employees, work life flex
Again. Listening to work overload. Getting burnt out working long hard hours to meet expectations.
Change HR manager. He is very manipulative and a complete b.s.er
Stop re-structuring, which degrades moral as good people are severanced and others are left absorbing the work
By making sure all managers apply engaging leaders attitudes, we will make the culture of the company move from good to great
Review from Marketing Dept
Living and breathing the 'taking work out' messaging not just in terms of processes but really focussed work.
Review from Marketing Dept
The person interviewing me made me feel relaxed with his great personality and humor. I didn't feel like I was being stared at with daggers and being judged.
Met a lot of diverse people across the organization
Interviewers were easy to talk to. Made you feel like you were a strong candidate, even though you knew you were not going any further.
Fast feed back and notifications
The interviewers were fantastic. Loved it!
Review from Operations Dept
It was several years ago but they were changing systems and all the Resume and Background info was lost a few times requiring duplicate effort. Also, they had contractors setting up interviews and offered very short lead times to come in and speak in person
Review from IT Dept
Knowing i am adding differential value
To know that I'm working for a great brand producing great products the world loves.
Being able to truly help a customer
Flexibility, great manager, culture that cares, appreciation
Positive work environment, task for the day are thoroughly planned
The people at the top of the ladder need to actually care about the employees that make the products and realize it is wrong for the CEO and other upper management to make over 100 times what the average employee makes. Wages, bonuses and benefits need to be increased across the company.
Minimal work-life balance at various points in career
Review from Operations Dept
Too many changes are happening and they aren't improvements
Review from Operations Dept
Young people in sales often become pessimistic and disenfranchised due consistently changing priorities, poor business results, and lack of accountability they are given. Leadership needs to do a better job of finding a way to empower younger employees to have more of a voice in strategic decisions.
Review from Sales Dept
After multiple years of declining sales and layoffs, this is a depressing place to work. New leadership is needed with some method of regaining employee trust
Review from Operations Dept
I love the products and the people
I loved the energy that everyone brings
Review from Operations Dept
We don't always balance well between growth and cost savings
