For the most part everyone is united in their feelings of feeling stepped on.

I love that I'm not being micro managed. It's a clean and bright establishment. I enjoy seeing those that work just as hard instead of standing around.

Again. Listening to work overload. Getting burnt out working long hard hours to meet expectations.

Stop re-structuring, which degrades moral as good people are severanced and others are left absorbing the work
