I'm most happy when I can work on something making an impact on others, our industry, my team, or our communities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is deeply invested in company values. In the end, it makes me want to do more, better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have always been a fan of the annual incentive, but most recently I'm more impressed with the evolution of our leave benefits. I'm proud that they've evolved to the point they're at now.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very comfortable. Even though it was difficult meeting with multiple people or groups in the same day, it was interspersed with more casual conversations to help give a feel for what the everyday work life and interactions would be like.
