Pay is better and bonus is now fairly done according to achievements.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The 'bar' is raised extremely high here at GMI. We are continuously being pushed to do more with less. Would be nice to be compensated for the need to go above and beyond over and over again.

We have a very diverse team in terms of ethnicity, age groups and gender. I enjoy the different perspectives.
