My role focuses mostly on improving how we work. I'm happiest when I am able to help teams dramatically improve their processes.

The most positive piece of our culture is that we care about each other and work to be inclusive of all people and ideas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am fairly compensated for the value I bring the organization. I am appreciative of our paid vacation offering and flexible work environment.
