While they pay fairly well & have great benefits- especially for a young person of child bearing years- the work schedule is horrendous & office personnel aren't very personable. Everyone seems consistently angry & not many coworkers are very happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our shift can't seem to keep a manager. And I haven't seen or heard from our department manager in well over a year
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to clock out. The ONLY positive right now is the paycheck and considering the toll on my life ~ it not anywhere near the amount it should be
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team used to be TEAM oriented & GMI focused. We had GMI's back consumer satisfaction & company profitability at the forefront. But now due to Corp. attitudes and demands that spirit has waned. It's hard to continue to put any business needs ahead of our own, when it's only met with MORE demands
