I am a retail professional and it's draining. Pharmacy gets all the attention from public posts to bonuses and the other non pharmacy gets low pay and more work. Aside from keeping the whole store stocked and clean we have to process FedEx, pickup orders, photo etc...the company doesn't recognize us

We are like family. Always on the same page. And we communicate.

They are Patient and understanding and will happily step in to help when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is THE team. We make it fun to be there. Funny jokes and conversations galore.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to pay the retail team more with all the stores they have closed and taking away managers bonuses they have more than enough to give the face of the store, the ones who keep the business going, the ones who deserve it. The customer service reps who keep customers coming back
