What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company needs to listen to its customers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to be more empathetic towards the employees. They take advantage of hardworking people.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The person who interviewed me was actually a very nice, caring person who showed a genuine interest in me.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers are a bunch of lazy people who ignore the customers while they hide in the kitchen to make coffee.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We work with a skeletal staff so one person does the work of five people, yet is not getting paid enough for all that hard work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Company has to actually do what it says it's doing. Leadership likes to talk about putting our customers as our number one priority but that's really not what's going on.
