Higher ups are asking us to meet goals but aren't giving us the adequate tools to do so. i.e. they want us to improve customer satisfaction but do not provide us with enough staff.

The bank is going all digital but they are moving too fast. Not all customers want to do all their banking electronically. The bank is losing their personal customer service experience especially by cutting staff. Staff are becoming overwhelmed and overworked with the cuts they have been doing.
