we did the best we could with what corporate would provide, but our team morale wasn't always on the highest level.
Higher ups are asking us to meet goals but aren't giving us the adequate tools to do so. i.e. they want us to improve customer satisfaction but do not provide us with enough staff.
Bank of America lacks adequate leadership when it comes to satisfying customers and meeting goals. They ignore customer needs in order to attempt to meet their goal but fail to realize, meeting its goal is only possible with the help of our customers.
