Finishing a big project and getting recognized for my efforts.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs to be more collaboration and fewer attempts to shift blame and responsibility for final decisions. Some teams seem to be clearly more valued than others by management, which can put a strain on intercompany collaboration.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to improve collaboration across different teams; provide sufficient resources (budget and tech) to allow teams to fulfill their duties; fix the CYA culture - no one ever wants to take final responsibility for a decision and it seems like 75% of meetings are taken up trying to shift blame
