I've had the opportunity to grow personally and professionally throughout my career at XPO. I have learned a great deal about effectively managing the business as well as how to lead people. I'm am challenged daily and literally never get bored at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very knowledgeable about the business and has very good experience to draw upon. They are dedicated, compassionate and care about the overall success of the company and those they manage.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interaction with our employees. It is likely the most enjoyable part of my job. Engaging with DSR's, CSR's, DW's etc. and hearing from our people is always enjoyable; even when some of the conversations are challenging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Results Matter culture. I get motivated working for a company with a strong passion to win. We take managing the business seriously and although this can mean some long hours, it's worth it when you see the results.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Highly engaged, accessible and willing to "walk the talk". The leadership team expects the same from me as they do themselves. The leadership team is receptive to new ideas and promotes having an entrepreneurial mindset when it comes to managing the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSU's have been the most lucrative part of my compensation at XPO. This is one of the big reasons I continue to work at XPO. I am obviously vested in the success of the company. I also value the medical benefits offered/provided by the company.
