What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they like to see current employees grow and move up within the company

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My direct manager was the worst - detached from her employees and managed by Skyping and emailing - rarely every having a face to face conversation.

I would love if the company offered the first few shares of stock at no charge to employees or provided end of year bonuses for employees.
