Managers - as they are ill equipped for their role and therefore mismanage employees, both no longer do what they need to do, come and go as they please and contribute the bare minimum to their role which is in my opinion goes against XPO core ethics!

I like to get feedback from my leaders. I appreciate when the executives have town hall meetings. I appreciate working from home and hope we continue to have that option, as it directly correlates to my productivity and attitude. I also like all of the positive programs, ERG's and XPO University.

Typically attention is focussed on cost cutting and this leads to lesser commitment to safety and does not reflect the image XPO projects on this topic and makes my daily life very challenging in this mindset.

The organization does a very poor job of communicating. It feels like the executive team is disconnected from what is going on in the organization. We can improve alot of our shortcomings by addressing them. Every quarter we receive a survey in which we do not share the data with the leaders.
