When in the office everyone sits with headphones in and no one talks. What is the issue with working remote when no one in the office actually interacts with each other.

Managers - as they are ill equipped for their role and therefore mismanage employees, both no longer do what they need to do, come and go as they please and contribute the bare minimum to their role which is in my opinion goes against XPO core ethics!

We need to communicate new initiatives better by having a timeline, communication plan, involve stakeholders and leaders earlier. The field should be consulted before roll out. A true project manager aligned with corporate communications would be beneficial.

I like to get feedback from my leaders. I appreciate when the executives have town hall meetings. I appreciate working from home and hope we continue to have that option, as it directly correlates to my productivity and attitude. I also like all of the positive programs, ERG's and XPO University.

We need to get better at rolling out initiatives by having a timeline, communication plan, and field involvement in design. We execute and then try to figure out how it will work. Let's flip the script.

The organization does a very poor job of communicating. It feels like the executive team is disconnected from what is going on in the organization. We can improve alot of our shortcomings by addressing them. Every quarter we receive a survey in which we do not share the data with the leaders.

Typically attention is focussed on cost cutting and this leads to lesser commitment to safety and does not reflect the image XPO projects on this topic and makes my daily life very challenging in this mindset.
