What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is the type of leadership team that understands it can't do it alone. It needs top-notch people to help get the company where it needs to go. People who are arrogant, selfish or operate well in a fiefdom aren't going to fit in well here. There's a huge emphasis on culture, and it shows.
