Everyone has a positive attitude everyday they come in and always tries to see the bright side of things.

It was a good interview. They asked great questions that made you think a bit and focus on important things that they knew would be good on the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is a great group of people that help everyone out when needed and give more guidance when it is needed. They have taught me a lot this summer and it has been great working with them
What makes you most happy at work?
The best part of my day is after our crew gets done working out in the field and were able to see how much we accomplished everyday, and getting to know that we built this and it will be there forever.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family. We always got each other backs and we get down to work each and everyday. Just the compassion each and everyone on our team has for this job and how we act like a family is my favorite thing about them.
