just went through a very tough round of layoffs where my team was impacted - this was the 8th or 9th time i have been through this. now my team is being split up. my vacation has been stolen. things are slowly being chipped away over time. i'm tired. i just want to do my job.

Kind, generous with time, feedback, assistance and just all around great to work with. LOVE my team - the best part about my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I do feel I am paid well and received a fairly good raise, as compared to others in my org we are undervalued. They have been dangling the carrot of retitling everyone for almost a year, but nothing has been done and they no longer mention it.
