What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are committed to what the company wants us to do, they follow the lead and try their best even if the goal is not clear. They are transparent with the information, but sometimes the information is not clear enough.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told 80k prorated and was ultimately offered 70k prorated.

More money naturally. There are certain benefits that seems TOTALLY UNFAIR. An example would be the life insurance. I have been paying 5 times since I started with AT&T, but if I retire, I will lose it.

Compensation is not based solely on my performance. It's based on a comparison of m team members' salaries, so one person can be a top performer but get a lower salary increase percentage if a colleague is making way below where they should be. So my coworker's salary dictates my raise.

We are very collaborative, we support each other, we help each other to overcome any obstacle we found in our way.

I do what I like. I interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds, I help to solve problems, and I learn new things constantly. I also like when I'm able to do or create something that help other teams or the customers.
