Review from Engineering Dept · Posted a month ago

Review from Admin Dept · Posted a month ago

Vacation time, personal time and medical on surgery

Review from Sales Dept · Posted a month ago

Nothing stands out. It's all very standard, on par with other companies.

Review from Finance Dept · Posted a month ago

I don't use the company health insurance

Review from Admin Dept · Posted a month ago

career growth opportunities, retirement saving match and paid time-off

Review from Product Dept · Posted a month ago

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Having my pay increased would help with that.

Review from Design Dept · Posted 17 days ago

incentive program, job distribution mix.

Review from Design Dept · Posted 17 days ago

Unfortunately - no one seems to be able to make ends meet these days. More political than anything, in my opinion.

Review from Admin Dept · Posted 18 days ago

Annual wage increases that extend beyond the standard cost of living. For example, wage increase that occurred March 2026 was actual 2%. At this rate, the longer I am employed here, the more towards poverty I slide. More to share, please reach out.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 19 days ago

Making only $17/hr after working here for five years.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 22 days ago

If compensation was valued not be tenure but by market results

Review from Operations Dept · Posted a month ago

I have worked with this company 20 years and my wages are 2x minimum wage, currently less than the starting pay for new yard workers. To pay my rent, utilities and expenses, I had to start Social Security and fortunately I just passed my full retirement age. Retirement to me means finding a new job.

Review from Admin Dept · Posted a month ago

I truly feel that I have come in during the first year and have proven that value to the company. I have taken on multiple projects and completed them with satisfactory results. I have taken on more responsibility and roles here.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted a month ago

I don't believe corporate cares for the hard working employees. it shows in the poor pay. I see the higher ups bonuses. makes me sick.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted a month ago

I have a 21 year old and a 23 year old. They're both making almost as much money as I am after being in my job for 30 years. Bigger raises are needed to keep up with the increase in minimum wage. The flexibility and no weekends make up for the pay.

Review from Design Dept · Posted a month ago

LIFE IS EXPENISVE THESE DAYS

Review from Sales Dept · Posted a month ago

I have a lot of experience in my field and I am getting paid like I was new and just learning. I feel that I should be making more due to everything I have to contribute to the company and my team

Review from Finance Dept · Posted a month ago

We build homes that we can't afford to buy, rent, nor lease. I hate it when Peter makes statements like that

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted a month ago

better bonuses and change benefits back to everyone pays the same premiums.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted a month ago

I work for the market and not a specific location. I do not believe the bonus pool is shared in the best way.

Review from Admin Dept

I feel like I'm only valued when they need me and sometimes, they ask you to do too much. I feel like I'm just the fill in. I feel like they discriminate against gender here. If there was better recognition and a little bit higher pay the job might be worth considering

Review from Product Dept

the vehicle reimbursements program is severely lacking. Competitor are offering double to monthly allotment and much better milage. Also, basing this off a mid-sized SUV is wrong. Any good lumber/door salesman should be driving a truck. Company trucks were the best option for customer service.

Review from Sales Dept

Not only to be paid based on my peers - folks in similar but to have merit-based pay (I am a woman and yes, I am going there) Not just an everyone gets the same thing. You do a good job - your raise reflects that. There should be an incentive for folks who report in daily (not work remotely).

Review from Operations Dept

The pay is lower than someone with my qualifications should be making, the raises are so tiny they are barely even noticeable, and you must wait a full year to get a raise, regardless of circumstances or progress made over the first few months. VERY frustrating because that locks you into low pay.

Review from Sales Dept

Better yearly pay increases that are actually based on performance.
