There was different management at the time
They would hire anybody no difficulty
It been a few years since I started. I liked the honesty of what I was asked to do and what my title was and how I can move up in company if I stayed. The overall interview was very positive and of course that was with a prior GM.

Make sure they can read a tape measure
Did not have an interview with the joke of managers current
Talk to people and understand who they are
Hire qualified employees and management
