Management not just listening to problems, but acting to address them. Following up on them to make sure there are actual changes.

The manager ask any employe

Hire GM's that care about the workers and the jobs given and to make sure things are being done correctly. I think a good GM can really bring in good customers if he has a good organized work team which will in return bring in the money for the company.

The location could use morning meetings. Compensation. A bad stuck up attitude at the branch by management treating employees poorly.
