Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Accountability and holding the same standard for each employee

Review from Admin Dept

THE PAY SUCKS BETTER WAGES

Review from Customer Success Dept

Involve the employees in the decision-making process, especially when they want to make big changes and get their input.

Review from Operations Dept

Medical Benefits are too expensive and pay rates are low

Review from Operations Dept

I am not sure which leadership team you are referring to. However, it seems that upper management (not local) is out of touch with basic business practices... I mean what it takes to make this business work on a day to day basis. The personnel and training to get the work done.

Review from Operations Dept

No favoritism, less hiding behind company polices

Review from Sales Dept

The leadership team needs to remember there is a person behind the spreadsheet. There is more to being a leader than having a good P/L sheet.

Review from Sales Dept

Communication in a clear way, and not with corpo jargon.

Review from Operations Dept

They need to hold people accountable and the ones that need held accountable. There seams to be a buddy system where the buddies do no wrong when it is plain in sight and the people who try to do their best get overlooked or told they are doing wrong. I would be willing to talk to someone if wanted.

Review from Operations Dept

I mean my direct manager is good, I have no clue who the executive team is besides who Peter Jackson is, They don't bother to leave the comfort of HQ or their at home comfort jobs where all they do is teams meetings all day. How can you really be a leader with out even meeting who you lead

Review from Sales Dept

Put processes in place, pay people, have a system to move up, hold management accountable, put the people over the shareholders, stop raising the bar to impossible levels when goals are met

Review from Operations Dept

Listening and recognizing the individuals. There are ups and downs in every market. We celebrated so hard when we hit those highs, but now that we've come down, it feels like we are continuously getting our teeth kicked in.

Review from Sales Dept

Better communication be more clear and concise

Review from Admin Dept

Take an interest in the person and not the amount of money you will bring in for the month.

Review from Sales Dept

We are too big and have forgotten what got us to this point. We need to make decisions with the customer in mind

Review from Sales Dept

Better pay. Better investment in our store.

Review from Admin Dept

Pay equality, quality of workplace, manager actions and responsibilities, pay, health and safety in workplace, gender equality

Review from Sales Dept

My manager is inconsistent. creates rules that apply to the team but not to themselves. My manager does not have meetings with the team at all, with the exception of yearly reviews which they wait to the last minute to go over. not enough room to explain.

Review from Sales Dept

Leadership needs to actually listen to the employees when they bring up concerns or suggestions to best practices. There is a huge disconnect between what management says is going to happen and what actually takes place on a daily basis.

Review from Design Dept

Communication and employee inclusion, i.e. daily, weekly and monthly goals.
