Everything, EVERYTHING, is put on the ISRs plate when changes are made. I'm 100% confident that my OSRs would have a meltdown if they needed to cover while I was out. I don't claim I could do the OSR job, but I'm also not making $50,000/mo either. Balance the payscale, or lose good employees.

Yard workers DONT want to work and deal with customers. Inside sales workers are constantly making paper errors on sales receipt so customers are back and fourth trying to get right paperwork.
