What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

better recognition, better communication, less micromanagement

Review from Product Dept · Posted 18 days ago

Morale is terrible. Folks constantly being forced to step up and do more with little to no "thanks". Constant feeling that you could lose your job at any time. Show some appreciation! Invest in your people! Folks working from home cause more work for those who show up daily. Period. Ask us!

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 19 days ago

Company or manager trust and better pay

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 22 days ago

the immediate management has no idea what the work is and is very rude and condescending. The company let tenured BFS employees go while hiring and retaining contractors. It makes no sense. The people remaining are left to pick up the pieces.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 22 days ago

Leadership has lost our buy in. They're so focused on digital and dollars. They've lost focus on the TM in front of them. Outside sales can do absolutely no wrong, and other teams like inside sales and pricing are constantly being kicked down.

Review from Sales Dept

There's been a lot of changes in our region and we seem to be kept in the dark on what that holds for our future. Employees see things changing but management never communicates or gives us reassurance to know we are stable at the company.

Review from Admin Dept

Commissions need to be high. Maternity leave should NOT be better for salaried employees compared to hourly. Get to know the people and understand what fuels them.

Review from Sales Dept

More communication is needed. Proper training of all employees.

Review from Admin Dept

negative attitudes not sure how to change

Review from Sales Dept

to pay more to cordinators

Review from Sales Dept

Morale seems low and I hear people complaining a lot. I am not sure if other people are unhappy with their jobs or just unhappy. Work is very slow and that seems to be causing stress

Review from Admin Dept

Our store needs to improve employee morale. Dead weight employees need to be addressed heavily.

Review from Admin Dept

The work environment is very poor: from employee attitudes to pay to workplace (health, safety, cleanliness, etc.)

Review from Sales Dept

The corporate vision is not being executed on the lower levels, so there is a disconnected feeling when it comes to what the company says versus what we at the lower levels are actually doing...

Review from Design Dept

Put decisions that affect local actions back in local hands. Purchasing and pricing for examples.

Review from Operations Dept

lack of equipment, provide the proper equipment

Review from Operations Dept

Lack of training in job functions, duties and responsibilities. IT implements policies/software that blocks files from customers or access to their portals.

Review from Operations Dept

LEADERSHIP INVESTS TOO MUCH IN BRICK AND MORTAR ACQUISITIONS, INSTEAD OF ENRICHING THE LIVES OF THE PEOPLE THAT PRODUCE THE REVENUE THAT ALLOW THOSE ACQUISITIONS, ALSO, WE ARE GETTING TOP HEAVY IN MGMY AS A COMPANY, THERE ARE TOO MANY PEOPLE GETTING PAID TO COUNT THE MONEY THAT ARENT MAKING US MONE

Review from Sales Dept

Proper training of supervisors and accountability

Review from Operations Dept

a good bit of negatives. dealing with team members who don't give it their all is draining.
