Better pay for the work. More recognition especially for those, other than salesman, that have been with the company for many years. Celebrate differences at the local level. There is a lot of positivity at the corporate level but not at the local warehouses/yards.

Either replace the manager or have that individual take some serious classes on how to be one. Issues include lack of confidentiality and professionalism.

We have some employees here that have helped build this store for many years and are very knowledgeable about how to make a customer happy to return. Those ideas from us should be considered in our everyday operations and not just told that it's not the direction the company is going.

Every time a new system is introduced, it doesn't seem like it had been tested thoroughly. There aren't answers for items that should have been looked at before things are rolled out. It doesn't seem like management feels they should ask the actual users what is important for us to get the job don

Morale is terrible. Folks constantly being forced to step up and do more with little to no "thanks". Constant feeling that you could lose your job at any time. Show some appreciation! Invest in your people! Folks working from home cause more work for those who show up daily. Period. Ask us!

the immediate management has no idea what the work is and is very rude and condescending. The company let tenured BFS employees go while hiring and retaining contractors. It makes no sense. The people remaining are left to pick up the pieces.

Leadership has lost our buy in. They're so focused on digital and dollars. They've lost focus on the TM in front of them. Outside sales can do absolutely no wrong, and other teams like inside sales and pricing are constantly being kicked down.

There's been a lot of changes in our region and we seem to be kept in the dark on what that holds for our future. Employees see things changing but management never communicates or gives us reassurance to know we are stable at the company.

Commissions need to be high. Maternity leave should NOT be better for salaried employees compared to hourly. Get to know the people and understand what fuels them.
