The company has a good awareness of what we need as an employee

Lots of companies work hard to keep Health benefits down, and so does ours, but they add so many more little benefits through Bene place and the like. I also like the way the responsible time off works, it feels like there is a mutual respect between us. That feels good.

I had no lumber experience, and they took a chance on me. Now I've gone from a trucker helper, to the trim department.
