I hate going in for I feel like there is no positive support from leadership. There have been a number of times where me or my fellow employee my work 8 or more hours and never get a break.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They really made it seem like a positive and happy place to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
There is not really much of anything that brings me joy whenever I head to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are one or two of the leadership that makes us feel like they care but overall, they make us feel like we are never good enough.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though I can do FOH and BOH I do not get compensated for the extra work/skill. We do not get affordable insurance. Other than that do not really offer any benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love working with most of my coworkers, however a lot of my coworkers friends that I have gotten close to are leaving do to the environment that leadership makes. We also have not had a single CFA store meeting in over two years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that I get to see my some of my friends. However, we do not get to really talk to each other or else we get in trouble, and if we can get in trouble if we talk to a guest for more just a few seconds.
