What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To operator at the Chick Fil A that I was working at treated me horrible. absolutely terrible management. They made me feel bad about myself and put me down always. So the leadership needs to get better on treating employees better.

We did so much work and always went above and beyond and we were all treated badly and were underpaid for the work that we were doing. If they treated me with respect and talked to me kindly it would of been an amazing place to work at

I currently work full time and receive no benefits after asking multiple times and getting no response. I have been there once a year and have yet to receive a second uniform. I got married almost a year ago and my name nor my tax filing status has been updated after asking multiple times. Etc.

Some of them work and some don't because they are not trained peoperly by the shift leaders. The shift leaders do not know how to do their jobs either.

The team member. no matter what happens we always had each others back and looked out for one another.

There is not really anything positive about it. Our turnover rate is super high so we constantly understaffed and working twice as hard every day and in top of that when we do have the staff to go outside for face to face we never get switched out. There is so much more..

If my manager could stop playing favorites and treating everyone fairly. If they want to follow the rules then they have to follow the rules for everybody. That includes the directors and the managers learning to follow the rules and stop playing favorites with their coworkers.
