The team member were amazing and made it a fun place to work but the management was terrible. It was to the point where they would make me cry almost everyday. They over worked me and didn't pay me right and treated me so bad. I will never go back to this place again!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast and the person who interviewed me was super nice( no longer works there).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team member. no matter what happens we always had each others back and looked out for one another.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team members are super nice and I made great friendships with them they made it a fun place to work at.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If the operator and some directors weren't so rude and disrespectful it would be amazing but there are just too many problems that people don't know about that place.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To operator at the Chick Fil A that I was working at treated me horrible. absolutely terrible management. They made me feel bad about myself and put me down always. So the leadership needs to get better on treating employees better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We did so much work and always went above and beyond and we were all treated badly and were underpaid for the work that we were doing. If they treated me with respect and talked to me kindly it would of been an amazing place to work at
